UUUUhm okee, van 0 volume naar dit volume is eventjes veel xD Rust tussen sets 2min. Triceps en shoulders stonden al snel in brand xD De press staat iets te zwaar geprogrammeerd denk ik, ofwel moet ik nog serieus aanpassen. Axle ging wel vlot en viper ook.
